Material Selection

Premium rubber compounds sourced from certified suppliers. NBR, EPDM, Silicone, Viton, and custom formulations selected based on application requirements.

Compounding

Precise mixing of rubber with vulcanizing agents, fillers, and additives in controlled conditions to achieve desired hardness, elasticity, and chemical resistance.

Molding & Extrusion

Compression molding, injection molding, transfer molding, or extrusion depending on product geometry. Custom molds engineered for dimensional accuracy.

Curing (Vulcanization)

Controlled heating in presses or autoclaves to cross-link polymer chains, developing optimal physical properties and dimensional stability.

Finishing

Flash removal, trimming, grinding, and surface treatment. Secondary operations including bonding, coating, and marking as required.

Quality Inspection

Dimensional verification, hardness testing, visual inspection, and sampling for physical property tests. Non-conforming parts rejected.

Packaging & Dispatch

Products cleaned, counted, and securely packaged. Documentation including test certificates provided. Shipped via reliable logistics partners.
