Cancellation & Returns

This Order Cancellation & Return Policy applies to purchases made through Bright Rubber. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Full refund for early cancellation.
  • Request via "My Orders" section.
  • Cancel before dispatch confirmation.

After Shipment

  • Cannot be cancelled directly.
  • Refuse delivery at doorstep.
  • Handling fees may be deducted.

2. Returns & Replacements

    Window: Initiate request within 7 days of delivery.

    Condition: Unused, original packaging, and tags intact.
  • 3
    Inspection: Mandatory quality check before approval.
Non-Returnable: Perishables, hygiene products, innerwear, and customized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful quality inspection. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet.

COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
